"I found Bruce to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I was having some behavioral issues with my husky Jax so I looked for some help. Bruce called me and we spoke about 20 minutes regarding Jax. After our conversations I felt he was the right guy for the job and we set a 1.5 hour appt. Bruce came to my place right on schedule and he interacted well with Jax. Rather than teaching my dog commands, he helped and taught me how to work with Jax so that I could get the desired outcome. There is still some learning for Jax left, but there is no quick fix. I would recommend Bruce to any dog owner in need of help."

"Bruce is a gem. Before I even hired him, he spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone to assess my situation. He offers advice and guidance in a totally non- judgemental manner and showed genuine interest in making my dogs and my family happy. He is a calm voice of reason, and really knows what he is doing. He spent his time helping me, my husband and my dogs with no ulterior motive of up-selling more sessions. We are extremely grateful for his sound advice and actionable recommendations."
