"Bruce is a gem. Before I even hired him, he spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone to assess my situation. He offers advice and guidance in a totally non- judgemental manner and showed genuine interest in making my dogs and my family happy. He is a calm voice of reason, and really knows what he is doing. He spent his time helping me, my husband and my dogs with no ulterior motive of up-selling more sessions. We are extremely grateful for his sound advice and actionable recommendations."
